Riesling "Der Mineralische" by Weingut Weegmüller is an oenological excellency that captivates with its incredible purity and finesse. This wine is distinguished by its defined aromatic profile and significant minerality, echoing the richness of its terroir of origin.

It has a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections, and it presents itself with intensity and complexity on the nose. Notes of green apple and citrus blend with impressions of rose petals and light touches of aromatic herbs, creating an enveloping and inviting bouquet. However, the real star of this Riesling is its mineral structure, which fully reveals itself on the palate.

In the mouth, "Der Mineralische" offers a lively and sparkling attack, thanks to well-balanced acidity that supports its freshness throughout the tasting. The texture is elegant and the finish is long and persistent, with an aftertaste that returns to wet stone and subtle notes of lime.

This wine is the result of meticulous winemaking that reflects the philosophy of the Weegmüller winery, committed to producing high-quality Rieslings since 1685. Careful vineyard management and attention to detail in the cellar are clearly reflected in the quality of the final product.

"Der Mineralische" is an excellent example of how terroir and mastery in winemaking can converge in a wine with character and strong identity. Perfect to serve as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes, seafood, and Asian cuisine, enhancing and enriching every taste. A must-have for wine lovers with a strong sense of place of origin.

Over more than eleven generations the property has developed across the hills of Haardt/Neustadt, maintaining a strong local tradition while renewing itself over time with new winemaking approaches.

Respect for the land and its characteristics: the winery aims to enhance the soils and climate of the Mittelhaardt by producing wines that express the terroir. It combines local tradition with modern winemaking and aging practices, using wood and also amphorae for some labels.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in Neustadt-Haardt, in the Mittelhaardt sector of the Pfalz, the estate's vineyards are planted on Buntsandstein, lette, loess and silty gravel soils. The estate farms parcels in many local Lagen, including Herrenletten, Bürgergarten, Herzog and Mandelring, cited as key sites for its wines.
