The Barbaresco DOCG "Le Filere" by Vallebelbo is a red wine that captures the essence of the winemaking tradition of Piedmont, a region renowned for its wines of extraordinary complexity and elegance. This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes, rigorously selected and harvested from the prestigious hills of the Barbaresco area.

The Barbaresco "Le Filere" is part of a limited production that ensures careful control at every stage of the winemaking process. After harvesting, the grapes undergo maceration and fermentation in large oak vats, where the must slowly transforms, extracting intense colors and robust tannins. This is followed by a maturation period in oak barrels for at least two years, which helps harmonize the tannins and develop the typical aromatic complexity of Barbaresco.

Visually, the wine displays a deep garnet red color, with reflections that tend towards orange as the years pass. On the nose, "Le Filere" unfolds a complex bouquet, where notes of cherry and wild berries intertwine, enriched by hints of vanilla, tobacco, and subtle touches of wilted rose. On the palate, the wine demonstrates a robust yet elegant structure, with silky tannins and an aromatic persistence that invites a second sip.

Ideal for accompanying dishes based on red meats, game, or aged cheeses, the Barbaresco "Le Filere" by Vallebelbo expresses its best after some years of aging, when its components perfectly blend, offering a rich and memorable tasting experience. This wine not only tells the story of its territory but also that of a winery that has masterfully interpreted this noble grape variety.
