Il Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC Rosè Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico di Cuvage è un vino spumante che nasce dalla tradizione e dall’innovazione della cantina Cuvage. Realizzato con il vitigno Nebbiolo, noto per la sua eleganza e complessità, questo Rosé si distingue per il suo carattere raffinato e la sua freschezza ineguagliabile. La vinificazione avviene secondo il Metodo Classico, che prevede una seconda fermentazione in bottiglia e un lungo affinamento sui lieviti. Questo processo conferisce al vino una spuma fine e persistente, e una struttura ben bilanciata.

Alla vista, il vino si presenta con un delicato colore rosa cipria, vivacizzato da bollicine fini e continue. Al naso emergono profumi di piccoli frutti rossi, come fragoline di bosco e lamponi, accompagnati da delicate note floreali e lievi sentori di crosta di pane, derivanti dall'affinamento sui lieviti. In bocca, il Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC Rosè Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico regala una piacevole acidità e una freschezza che avvolge il palato, terminando con un finale armonioso e persistente.

Il Mathusalem, contenuto in una cassa di legno, è una scelta ideale per le grandi occasioni, capace di valorizzare momenti speciali con la sua eleganza e unicità. Winery history
Cuvage was established as a producer of quality sparkling wines based in Acqui Terme; the brand is reported in sources as founded in 2011. Over the years it has pursued a path focused on promoting Piedmontese grapes and, since 2021, has been part of Gruppo Argea, which has supported the expansion of its product initiatives and its international visibility.
Production philosophy
The winery emphasizes the expression of the terroir and meticulous attention to detail: from vineyard work to secondary fermentation in the bottle, the aim is to achieve a balance between the cuvée and the perlage, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
Terroir and vineyards
It operates mainly in the hills of Piedmont and selects grapes sourced from the wine-producing areas of Alto Monferrato and southern Piedmont, with a selected supply chain that includes several of the area's characteristic soil types.
Awards and recognitions
It has received international recognition for several labels: gold and silver medals at international competitions for wines such as Asti DOCG "Acquesi" and other Metodo Classico sparkling wines. The Alta Langa di Cuvage has also been acknowledged in international competitions.
