The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG in Jeroboam format, presented in a wooden case by Secondo Marco, represents a sublime expression of one of the most prestigious and loved Italian red wines. This special format, which is equivalent to four standard 750ml bottles, is not only indicative of a wine intended for special occasions and collectors, but also emphasizes the importance and stature of Amarone in the Secondo Marco range, a winery that dedicates with passion and respect to the production of wines that reflect the richness of the Valpolicella Classica terroir.

Secondo Marco's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is the result of the selection of the best grapes, mainly Corvina and Corvinone, with a small percentage of Rondinella and other local varieties, grown in the hills of Valpolicella Classica. The grapes are left to dry for a few months before fermentation, a traditional method that concentrates sugars, aromas and acids, leading to the creation of a wine of extraordinary intensity, complexity and aging capacity.

After drying, the grapes undergo a slow fermentation and the wine is subsequently matured in oak barriques, where it acquires further complexity, structure and a harmonious balance between fruit, tannins and woody notes. The Jeroboam format, together with the presentation in a wooden case, underlines the prestige of this Amarone and makes it a collector's piece or the center of attention in special convivial moments.

Visually, Amarone di Secondo Marco has an intense and deep ruby red color, which tends to garnet shades with aging. On the nose, the wine unfolds a rich bouquet of aromas of dehydrated red and black fruit, such as cherries, blackberries and plums, enriched by notes of spices, chocolate, coffee and vanilla, with a subtle balsamic touch that adds elegance and depth.

In the mouth, Amarone surprises with its richness and concentration, offering an impeccable balance between power and finesse. The tannins are ripe and velvety, perfectly integrated with the acidity and the fruity and spicy notes, which lead to a long and persistent finish, a distinctive sign of a great Amarone capable of evolving and improving over the years.

Ideal as a meditation wine or paired with rich and tasty dishes, such as braised meats, stews, game and mature cheeses, the Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG in Jeroboam format, presented in a wooden case by Secondo Marco, is a choice of great value for wine lovers and collectors, representing an authentic and prestigious expression of quality viticulture in Valpolicella.
