The Calabria Rosso IGT "Gravello" produced by Librandi Winery embodies the essence of the Calabria region, offering a rich tasting experience deeply rooted in local traditions. Created with a skillful blend of Gaglioppo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine expresses a unique character, the result of a particularly favorable terroir and carefully curated winemaking methods.

In appearance, the Gravello presents an intense ruby red color, with garnet hues developing as it ages. On the nose, it stands out for its complex aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and a slight hint of vanilla, deriving from aging in barriques. This wood aging process not only enriches the aromatic bouquet but also imparts an elegant and well-balanced tannic structure.

On the palate, the "Gravello" demonstrates extraordinary harmony and complexity, with a good body that perfectly marries the flavors of dark fruit and a long, persistent finish that reflects the quality of the grapes and the mastery in winemaking. Its versatility makes it ideal to accompany robust traditional Calabrian dishes such as roasted meats and aged cheeses, as well as more sophisticated dishes based on game.

With considerable aging potential, the Calabria Rosso IGT Gravello by Librandi is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately or left to mature in the cellar, where it will continue to evolve and improve, offering new flavor nuances to those willing to wait. A true gem for lovers of Italian wines with character and certified provenance.
