The Gewurztraminer DOC "Kies" from Cantina Roeno embodies the essence of the aromatic Gewurztraminer variety, known for its strongly aromatic profile and the intense flavors it offers. This wine is cultivated in the picturesque region of Trentino-Alto Adige, an area well-known for its ability to express the true character of this grape.

The vinification begins with a meticulous harvest of the grapes, selected to ensure only those with perfect aromatic ripeness. In the vinification process, Cantina Roeno follows traditional methods but with a keen eye on modern technologies to ensure the preservation of the grape's natural aromas.

The Gewurztraminer "Kies" displays an intense straw-yellow color, often with golden reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, dominated by aromas of lychee, roses, spices, and sometimes notes of honey and exotic fruit. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a beautiful aromatic intensity that persists in the long and persistent aftertaste. The balance between acidity and aromatic richness is impeccable, making it an exceptional wine to enjoy.

Ideal for pairing with aromatic and spicy dishes, such as Asian cuisine or curry-based dishes, this Gewurztraminer is also a great companion for blue cheeses or not overly sweet desserts. Serve chilled, at about 10-12°C, to enhance all its aromatic nuances.

"Kies" by Cantina Roeno is not just a wine, but a true sensory journey into the world of aromatic wines, offering a rich and unforgettable tasting experience.
