The grapes, carefully selected in the vineyard during the harvest, are subsequently de-stemmed and checked with equal rigor with a cutting-edge technological system, namely the selection of Vistalys optical berries.
The grapes are then left to macerate for 4 weeks, two of which in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-28 ° C, to obtain structure and color. Then 55% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 5 months, while the remaining 45% is aged in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then lightly filtered and clarified before bottling.
A wine with a burgundy red color with cherry reflections. On the nose it expresses a harmonious and heady scent of red and black fruit, delicately mixed with aromatic hints of black pepper and thyme. A red with a good structure and balance able to conquer and seduce the palate with its freshness and the good fruity return that it expresses on the finish on the palate.
Bringing a wine produced in Chile to the table certainly does not happen every day, your guests will be delighted by the idea of being able to taste it and even more satisfied after tasting it. It is recommended to combine this Chilean wine with lamb, veal and beef dishes; the combination with medium-aged cheeses is also good.
