Verdeca IGP Puglia - Tenuta Viglione is born in the heart of Puglia, a region renowned for its limestone soils and Mediterranean climate, ideal for this indigenous grape variety. Verdeca, a white grape with a fresh and mineral character, gives the wine a bright straw-yellow color accompanied by aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and light herbal notes.

On the palate it is balanced and lively, with a pleasant acidity that recalls freshness and a saline finish, a testament to the Puglian terroir. Fermentation takes place in steel to preserve aromatic purity, while the short ageing allows the varietal characteristics to remain intact.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, grilled vegetables, or fresh cheeses, this white fully expresses the connection between grape and territory, offering a light and refined sip, ideal for enhancing Mediterranean flavors.
