This sweet wine is distinguished by its extraordinary aromatic concentration and richness of taste, largely due to the drying process of the Albana grapes, which are left to wither on the vine until they reach an extreme degree of ripeness.
Visually, it presents with an intense golden, almost amber hue, which heralds the complexity and depth of its olfactory nuances. On the nose, ethereal notes of candied fruit, such as apricots and peaches, immediately emerge, enriched by delicate spicy touches of vanilla and acacia honey. On the palate, it is opulent, velvety, with an elegant structure that perfectly balances sweetness with fresh acidity, culminating in a long and memorable finish.
