Eliseo Rosso from Gualdo del Re is a red wine born in Umbria, a land of ancient winemaking traditions and terroirs suited to expressions of deep minerality and structure. The main blend, composed of native grape varieties typical of the area such as Sangiovese and Merlot, gives this red a balanced and refined character. The aging takes place in oak barrels that impart spicy aromas and a soft tannic texture to the wines, capable of expressing intensity without sacrificing elegance.



In the glass, it shows an intense ruby color, while on the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, cherry, with hints of licorice and a touch of vanilla due to the wood, explode. The taste is enveloping, full, and harmonious, with a pleasant freshness that invites the next glass. Eliseo Rosso pairs well with red meat, roasts, and aged cheeses, enhancing every dish with its strong yet balanced personality.
