The Duas Quintas Reserva, presented in an elegant wooden case, represents the maximum expression of the quality and excellence that Ramos Pinto, a historic winery in the Douro Valley, is committed to offering. This wine is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes coming from the two quintas (estates) that give the wine its name: Quinta de Ervamoira and Quinta dos Bons Ares, located respectively in the Douro Superior and in the cool altitudes of the Douro, combining thus the unique characteristics of these terroirs.

Duas Quintas Reserva is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, varieties that give complexity, structure and aromatic depth. The care in winemaking, with carefully controlled fermentation and subsequent aging in French oak barriques, reflects Ramos Pinto's aim to create a wine that is both rich and intensely aromatic, as well as elegant and of great finesse.

The presentation in a wooden case underlines the prestige of this wine, ideal both for conservation and as an exclusive gift. The case protects the wine and enhances its value, making the Duas Quintas Reserva a notable option for special occasions or as part of a private collection.

Visually, the wine shows an intense and deep red color. On the nose, complex notes of ripe black fruit, spices, chocolate and a light touch of vanilla emerge, a sign of the elegant passage in wood. In the mouth, Duas Quintas Reserva is rich and structured, with ripe but fine tannins and an acidity that guarantees freshness and longevity. The aromatic palette is broad and well balanced, leading to a long and persistent finish.

Suitable for long aging, Duas Quintas Reserva evolves beautifully, developing greater complexity and harmony over time. It is a wine that pairs beautifully with rich and structured dishes, such as red meats, game and mature cheeses, enhancing the complexity of flavors and aromas.

The Duas Quintas Reserva in wooden case from Ramos Pinto is a testament to the winery's commitment to producing wines of exceptional quality, capable of expressing the richness and diversity of the Douro terroir, and of offering wine lovers memorable tasting experiences and high level.

Winery history
The house was established by Adriano Ramos Pinto and became renowned for its innovative marketing and exports to the South American market. Over time the company consolidated production by taking direct control of the vineyards of its estates and, from the late 20th century, benefited from investments that modernized its facilities and winemaking research.
Production philosophy
More than a single winery, Ramos Pinto follows a production policy based on control of its vineyards, the selection of traditional Douro grape varieties, and a combination of respect for tradition and technical innovation. In recent years the company has committed to more sustainable farming practices and increased biodiversity in the vineyards.
