The Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGP Organic from Iava, produced by the renowned Vignamadre winery, represents one of the most authentic and elegant expressions of this native Abruzzese variety. Cultivated according to organic farming principles, this wine stands out for its environmental respect and the quality of the carefully selected grapes.

The wine presents a brilliant straw-yellow color, sometimes with greenish hues, indicating its freshness and youth. On the nose, the Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGP Organic from Iava reveals an intense and engaging aromatic profile, characterized by floral notes of broom and chamomile, enriched by hints of white-fleshed fruits like peach and subtle touches of aromatic herbs.

On the palate, the wine confirms its extraordinary freshness and dynamism. The attack is lively, well-balanced by a good acidity that supports its structure. It then develops into a complex flavor profile, where minerality plays a key role, accompanied by persistent fruity sensations that return in a clean and pleasantly enduring finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, fresh cheeses, and light vegetarian dishes. The recommended serving temperature is between 8-10°C to enhance all its nuances.

This Pecorino from Vignamadre is not just a wine, but a true expression of the Chieti territory, telling, in every sip, the passion and commitment of the winery to sustainable and high-quality viticulture.
