The Prosecco DOC Treviso Rosé Spumante Brut of Tor sè, signed La Tordera, is born from the harmonious encounter of the wine-growing territories of the Marca Trevigiana, celebrating the freshness and elegance of Prosecco with the delicacy of Pinot Noir. This sparkling wine, obtained from a skillful blend of Glera and Pinot Noir vinified in rosé, reveals a fine and persistent perlage that enhances its liveliness. Aged according to the long Charmat method, it retains an intact aromatic profile, characterized by floral notes of acacia and rose, enriched by fresh hints of red fruit such as wild strawberries and cherries. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and savory, with a delicate slightly citrusy note that invites sip after sip.

Perfect as an aperitif but also paired with raw fish dishes or white meats, this Prosecco Rosé represents a contemporary example of elegance and personality in the Venetian sparkling wine scene.
