The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG - Rive Spumante Dry from the Bottega winery is a refined and elegant expression of the Veneto region, particularly its steep hills, known for producing wines of extraordinary quality. This superior prosecco stands out for its liveliness and freshness, a result of a unique terroir and meticulous, traditional winemaking methods.

Produced exclusively from Glera grapes, the cuvée undergoes a winemaking process that begins with manual harvesting, followed by gentle pressing and primary fermentation with selected yeasts. The wine then undergoes secondary fermentation in large closed containers, a method known as Charmat, ensuring the formation of its characteristic pleasant perlage.

Its color is a pale yellow with bright green reflections. On the nose, the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore offers an intriguing bouquet with notes of green apple, pear, white flowers, and a hint of almond. On the palate, the wine is harmonious with a sweetness well balanced by lively acidity and a persistent finish that revisits fruity and floral tones.

Served chilled, it is ideal as an aperitif but also has the structure to accompany light dishes, appetizers, and fish. The elegant and refined bottle reflects the quality of the content, making this Prosecco Superiore an excellent option for celebrating special occasions or gifting a moment of pure gustatory pleasure.
