The Valle D'Itria Verdeca IGT - Chakra Rosato by Giovanni Aiello is a wine born in the picturesque lands of Puglia, a region renowned for its rich winemaking tradition. This wine is made exclusively with Verdeca grapes, an indigenous variety celebrated for its ability to fully express the local terroir.
The Chakra Rosato presents itself with a brilliant and captivating rosé color, the result of a brief maceration of the skins which also allows for an excellent phenolic extract. On the nose, the wine reveals a fresh and inviting aromatic bouquet, with dominant notes of white flowers, light wild berries such as wild strawberries, and a slight hint of Mediterranean herbs.
On the palate, the Chakra Rosato exhibits remarkable freshness, maintaining balance thanks to its lively and well-integrated acidity. The olfactory sensations are confirmed in the mouth, with added flavors of peach and pomegranate leading to a clean and persistent finish that invites another sip.
