The Gran Cuvée Gold Metodo Classico Brut from the Velenosi winery is a refined example of sparkling wine that represents an icon of elegance and winemaking expertise in the Marche region. Produced according to the classic method, this cuvée reflects the dedication and passion that Velenosi commits to creating its wines.

The color is a brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections, while the perlage is fine and persistent, creating a dance of bubbles that delights the eyes. On the nose, the Gran Cuvée Gold reveals a complex and seductive bouquet: notes of green apple, citrus, and hawthorn blend with hints of toasted almond and yeast, a result of the long aging process in the bottle.

On the palate, the wine shows a splendid harmony between freshness and complexity. The acidity is well-balanced and intertwines perfectly with a creamy structure that envelops the palate, leaving room for a long and pleasantly mineral aftertaste.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif, but its versatility also makes it perfect for pairing with delicate appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as with fresh and light cheeses. Its elegance also makes it suitable for celebrating special moments and memorable toasts.

A proposition that captivates lovers of refined and high-quality bubbles, the Gran Cuvée Gold Metodo Classico Brut by Velenosi is an excellent example of how the Marche territory can express itself through the bubbles of classic method sparkling wine.
