All'olfatto, il Cuvée Brut sprigiona un bouquet armonioso e complesso, con note fruttate che ricordano la mela verde, la pera e sfumature floreali di acacia e glicine. La presenza di lievi sentori di pane fresco e una delicata nota minerale arricchiscono ulteriormente l'esperienza olfattiva.

Winery history
The winery began as a family-run enterprise led by the Biasiotto family. According to official information, Carlo and Adriana Biasiotto established the business, and in the following years their children contributed to its development, consolidating its presence in domestic and international markets.
