The Syrah Terre Siciliane IGT from Cusumano is a wine that elegantly expresses the character and typicality of the Syrah varietal, interpreted under the generous Sicilian sun. This wine represents a perfect blend between Sicilian wine tradition and modern winemaking techniques, resulting in a creation that captivates and conquers from the first sip.

The color is a deep red, almost impenetrable, hinting at the complexity and structure of this wine. The nose reveals intense aromas of ripe fruit, such as blackberries and plums, with subtle spicy hints of black pepper and a delicate touch of vanilla, derived from oak aging. This Syrah offers a rich and enveloping texture on the palate, supported by soft yet persistent tannins that lead to a long and satisfying finish.

Ideal for pairing with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, the Syrah Terre Siciliane IGT from Cusumano also stands out for its versatility. It can also be appreciated with bolder dishes from international cuisine, capable of balancing its richness of aromas and robust structure.

A decantation of at least one hour before serving is recommended, this wine expresses itself best at a temperature of 18-20°C. With an aging potential that also makes it suitable for the cellar, the Cusumano Syrah is an excellent choice for wine lovers who appreciate character and intensity.
