The Chianti DOCG Superiore "Le due Arbie" produced by Dievole winery is an exuberant example of this prestigious denomination from Tuscany. This red wine is primarily made from Sangiovese grapes, with the addition of other local varieties that contribute to defining its unique and distinctive character.

The Chianti Superiore "Le due Arbie" stands out for its intense ruby red color, with reflections that tend towards violet as it ages. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet where aromas of red fruits, particularly cherry and raspberry, intertwine with spicy notes and a slight touch of vanilla, indicative of its aging in wood barrels.

On the palate, the wine presents a well-balanced structure, with soft yet persistent tannins and a freshness that brings out the flavors of ripe red fruits. The acidity is well integrated and contributes to a long and pleasantly aromatic finish, inviting another sip.

Ideal for pairing with Tuscan cuisine dishes such as bistecca alla fiorentina or pici with wild boar sauce, this Chianti DOCG Superiore also excels with aged cheeses and cured meats. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16-18°C to fully appreciate all its nuances.

This wine not only represents Dievole's winemaking tradition but is also a symbol of how Chianti can evolve while respecting its origins and the quality that has made it famous worldwide. "Le due Arbie" is an excellent choice for those seeking a wine capable of offering both immediate pleasure and aging potential.
