The color is a soft, delicately bright pink that invites tasting. On the nose, "Sabine" stands out with a rich and complex bouquet, where notes of small red fruits like strawberries and raspberries emerge, enriched by floral nuances and a slight spicy touch that adds depth. The olfactory component harmoniously blends with the taste sensations, promising a sip that is both fruity and fresh, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its drinkability.

In the mouth, its structure is balanced: soft on the entry, it shows excellent freshness and a remarkable aromatic persistence, ending with a clean and refreshing finish. "Sabine" by Pianirossi represents an ideal option for those who appreciate characterful rosés, offering a drinking experience that testifies to the excellence of Tuscan winemaking. Definitely a wine to try for lovers of sophisticated rosés that do not give up freshness. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C to fully enjoy its qualities.
