The Frascati DOC "Terre di Grifi" by Fontana Candida is a celebration of the Castelli Romani area, famous for its thousand-year-old winemaking tradition. This white wine, produced by one of the most representative wineries in the area, encapsulates the essence of Frascati, offering a pleasant, fresh and harmonious drink, ideal for accompanying a variety of occasions and dishes.

Produced mainly from Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes, with the addition of other local varieties, "Terre di Grifi" has a light straw yellow color, crossed by greenish reflections which announce its freshness. On the nose, the wine expresses a delicate but complex bouquet, where floral and fruity notes emerge, with hints of white peach, citrus fruits and a light herbaceous note, typical of the vines used.

In the mouth, freshness is the protagonist, supported by good acidity which makes the wine lively and drinkable. The structure is light but balanced, with a pleasantly fruity and persistent finish, which leaves a clean sensation and invites another sip. Its versatility makes it perfect both as an aperitif and in combination with light dishes, such as seafood appetizers, first courses based on vegetables and grilled fish.

"Terre di Grifi" by Fontana Candida is an excellent example of how Frascati DOC can offer wines of great pleasure and ease of drinking, while maintaining a distinctive character and a deep connection with the territory of origin. This wine represents an opportunity to get closer to the oenological richness of the Castelli Romani, through the lens of a winery that has made quality and the promotion of the territory its pillars.
