Negroamaro Rosso IGP Biologico - Trullo di Noha is born in the heart of Puglia, a region renowned for the richness of its limestone soils and Mediterranean climate ideal for this indigenous grape variety. This wine expresses all the strength and elegance of Negroamaro, with a bouquet that recalls ripe berries, spicy notes, and a subtle mineral vein. Organic cultivation guarantees an authentic and environmentally respectful expression, while aging in steel preserves the freshness and aromatic intensity typical of the IGP denomination. On the palate it is enveloping, structured, with soft tannins that accompany a harmonious persistent finish. Ideal to accompany traditional Puglian dishes based on red meats, aged cheeses, and roasts, this full-bodied red offers a sensory experience that speaks of territory and winemaking passion. An organic choice that enhances the pure essence of Negroamaro and the richness of its Mediterranean terroir.
