Spumante Extra Dry - Vivo Cuvée - Mionetto is born in the heart of the Treviso lands, the cradle of Italian sparkling wine tradition. Made with selected grapes and relying on the Charmat Method, this wine enhances freshness and liveliness, typical of a product designed for immediate consumption but with great personality.

Visually, it presents a fine and persistent perlage, while on the nose it offers fruity scents of green apple, ripe pear, and light floral notes that invite tasting. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with a velvety sweetness fading into a pleasant freshness, making it ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes such as seafood salads, light appetizers, and fresh cheeses.

Vivo Cuvée - Mionetto is the expression of a well-suited territory and a careful production that respects the Venetian sparkling wine tradition, offering a brilliant and engaging experience for those who love sparkling wines with character.
