Il Pouilly-Fumé AOC Les Ombelles di Sauvion è un bianco elegante e raffinato che proviene dalle prestigiose colline della Loira, in Francia. Questo vino è realizzato esclusivamente con uve Sauvignon Blanc, una varietà conosciuta per la sua freschezza e aromaticità. La vendemmia avviene al giusto grado di maturazione, garantendo che l'uva esprima al meglio il suo potenziale.

Château du Cléray is the historic point of reference and the best-known commercial house associated with the name Sauvion. International distribution: sources indicate that Sauvion wines are sold in numerous countries.
Winery history
The Sauvion family is linked to Château du Cléray, a historic estate located in Vallet. The château and the family's business have borne the Sauvion name since the 20th century; sources report that the estate was acquired by Ernest Sauvion in 1935 and, since then, the property has become the centre of Maison Sauvion's commercial and winemaking activity.
Production philosophy
Sauvion adopts a terroir-driven approach and selects the finest parcels, aiming to express character, finesse and elegance in its wines. The house combines traditional winemaking practices with promoting its wines internationally.
