Sourced from carefully tended vineyards, Dolfo's 'Sivi Pinot' is made with meticulously selected Pinot Grigio grapes. The winemaking process follows traditional methods that respect the nature and quality of the grapes, preserving aromatic freshness and fruit integrity. After a gentle fermentation, the wine is briefly matured in steel barrels, thus enhancing the varietal characteristics without excessive wood influence.
