Questa etichetta si distingue per il suo colore rosa tenue, ottenuto tramite una breve macerazione delle bucce, che conferisce al vino una delicatezza visiva unica.

Al naso, lo Spumante Pinot Nero Rosè Brut offre un bouquet aromatico complesso e intrigante. Le note di piccoli frutti rossi come fragoline di bosco e lamponi si intrecciano armoniosamente con delicate sfumature floreali di rosa e accenni di lievito, tipiche dei metodi classici di spumantizzazione. Winery history
The Giorgi di Vistarino family estate has roots in the Oltrepò Pavese dating back to the mid-19th century, when the Counts Vistarino introduced Pinot Noir to the Rocca de’ Giorgi property and were early experimenters with vinification using the traditional method. In recent decades the estate has been relaunched and modernized while preserving its historical identity and its commitment to hill-grown grape varieties.
Production philosophy
Production focused on enhancing the hilly territory of the Oltrepò Pavese: clonal selection, hand harvesting for the top labels, differentiated vinification and attention to environmental sustainability. The approach combines tradition and modern technologies to express elegance and terroir.
