The excellence of the Roeno house, a wine of passion and intensity, produced from Enantio grapes, a broad-leaved Lambrusco variety.

The grapes undergo an alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, the maceration on the skins lasts about 3 weeks and at the end of which a malolactic fermentation takes place. Subsequently we move on to an aging of 24 months in barrels and a further 8 months in steel tanks.

The result is a full-bodied and juicy wine, with an intense almost blood red. The nose reveals spicy notes with a prevalence of black pepper and cloves, accompanied by nuances of berries, tobacco and licorice. Tasting it is a continuous evolution of flavors between acidity and tannic texture.
