The Toscana "Granello" Passito produced by the historic Ricasoli winery is a sweet wine of great elegance and refinement. This wine is made from a meticulous selection of grapes subjected to a natural drying process, which concentrates sugars and aromas, giving the final product an extraordinary intensity.

With its deep roots in the Tuscany region, a terroir renowned for the excellence of its wine productions, the Ricasoli winery has created in this Passito a sublime example of how tradition and technique can merge impeccably. The color of the Toscana "Granello" Passito is a deep inviting golden yellow, which already suggests the richness of the wine at first glance.

On the nose, the "Granello" opens up with intense and seductive notes of candied fruit, dried apricot, and honey, enriched by nuances of vanilla and sweet spices that contribute to creating a complex and enveloping bouquet. On the palate, the wine is extraordinarily harmonious; the sweetness is balanced by a fresh acidity that prolongs the finish, leaving a pleasantly persistent aftertaste.

Perfect as a meditation wine, the Toscana "Granello" Passito from Ricasoli is also an excellent companion for rich desserts, like fruit cakes or blue-veined cheeses. The presentation in a 50cl bottle is ideal for special occasions, offering just the right amount to fully appreciate its quality without wastage.

Certainly, this wine represents a choice of great class for lovers of sweet and structured wines, and can also be considered a precious gift for connoisseurs and collectors.
