The Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC Classico "La Canestraia" by Bolla is a rosé wine that perfectly embodies the elegance and freshness typical of wines from the Lake Garda area. This wine, produced by the historic Bolla winery, is the result of a careful selection of grapes from the best vineyards located in the classic area of Bardolino, a wine region renowned for its ability to produce high quality rosé wines.

"La Canestraia" stands out for its pale and brilliant pink color, which anticipates its olfactory and gustatory qualities. On the nose, it offers a delicate but complex bouquet, with notes of fresh flowers, small red fruits and a hint of citrus fruits, which intertwine in a harmonious balance. In the mouth, the wine is lively and fresh, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its fruity flavors and makes it extremely drinkable.

Its light structure and aromatic profile make it a versatile companion for different culinary combinations, ideal for accompanying light appetizers, fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. "La Canestraia" is also perfect as an aperitif, capable of offering a moment of pleasant conviviality.

The production of this Chiaretto follows the philosophy of the Bolla winery, which for over a century has been dedicated to enhancing Veronese wines, combining tradition and innovation. With "La Canestraia", Bolla offers a wine that reflects the beauty and liveliness of the Bardolino area, offering a tasting experience that is both refined and immediately enjoyable.
