Small family-run producer led by Beniamino (Benjamin) Zidarich, known for local varieties Vitovska, Malvasia and Terrano. Cellar dug into the rock; the Malvasia IGT Venezia Giulia is 100% Malvasia, vinified with skin maceration, indigenous yeasts, oak ageing and bottled unfiltered (approx. 4,000 bottles).
