Winery Azienda Agricola Zaccagnini

Founded by Mario Zaccagnini in 1970, the estate has grown as a family-run business rooted in the Salmàgina area of Staffolo. Over the years the estate has maintained an artisanal approach combined with research and development, showcasing the area's native varieties and building a production recognized for its strong sense of place and attentive vineyard care.

The estate prioritizes respect for the land, attentive vineyard care and winemaking that expresses the typicity of the local grapes. It seeks a balance between tradition and innovation, practices hand-harvesting and declares a sustainable agricultural approach with organic certification.

The vineyards are located on the hills of the Marche around the village of Staffolo, on marine-derived soils characterized by good sun exposure and minerality. Many vineyards are adjacent to the winery, allowing rapid harvesting and transport of the grapes.
