Winery Baron di Pauli

The Di Pauli family has been involved in local viticulture for centuries: originally from Carano, they settled in Caldaro in the 18th century. Throughout its history the estate has played a prominent role in the local area and has built a long winemaking tradition that is now reinterpreted with a contemporary approach.

The estate emphasizes a balance between respect for tradition and the pursuit of quality: attentive vineyard care, selective harvesting and winemaking aimed at highlighting the character of each cru and of native and international grape varieties.

Based in Caldaro. The main vineyards are located on the Arzenhof slopes and at the maso Höfl unterm Stein in the Sella/Termeno area. Soils range from moraine deposits and calcareous gravels to more clayey and stony types, with microclimates influenced by the lake and alpine breezes.
