Winery Bele Casel

A story originating in grandfather Ilario’s farming activity and developed by the Ferraro family: from a few demijohns sold locally to an estate recognized regionally and in export markets. The estate recounts a gradual growth guided by family labor, artisanal care and generational transitions.

Family-run production that respects the land, employing low-intervention practices in both vineyard and cellar; use of traditional techniques and varied methods, with limited or no filtration and careful monitoring of the winemaking stages.

Vineyards cultivated on the hills of the Asolo DOCG; marly and calcareous soils rich in organic matter, with exposures particularly well suited to the production of Prosecco Superiore.
