Family-run winery in the hills of Asolo (Treviso), specializing in Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG. It produces sparkling wines (Metodo Martinotti/Charmat), in Extra Brut and Extra Dry styles, and the traditional ColFondo.
A story originating in grandfather Ilario’s farming activity and developed by the Ferraro family: from a few demijohns sold locally to an estate recognized regionally and in export markets. The estate recounts a gradual growth guided by family labor, artisanal care and generational transitions.
Production philosophy
Family-run production that respects the land, employing low-intervention practices in both vineyard and cellar; use of traditional techniques and varied methods, with limited or no filtration and careful monitoring of the winemaking stages.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards cultivated on the hills of the Asolo DOCG; marly and calcareous soils rich in organic matter, with exposures particularly well suited to the production of Prosecco Superiore.
