Winery history Del'OZ ART

This is a family-run estate: the current managers, Déborah and Swann, represent a family succession spanning nine decades and relaunched the family label after rediscovering an old bottle label. The family previously marketed their bottles under the name Del'Hozanne-Guiborat; the owners resumed production and, according to the company's communication, took the helm as the new generation in 2020 and in 2022 returned to operating as independent winegrowers.

Production philosophy

The estate places organic viticulture and sustainability at its core: some vineyards have been converted to organic, AB‑certified yeasts are used, interventions are limited to when strictly necessary, and practices are employed to promote biodiversity and reduce chemical inputs. It experiments with techniques for soil maintenance and ecological vineyard management.

Terroir and vineyards

Situated in the commune of Vincelles, in the Vallée de la Marne, the estate lies on chalky Cretaceous soils overlain by a 30–50 cm layer of clay-silt; the valley’s microclimate particularly favours the development of Pinot Meunier.
