Winery history Domaine Bouchié-Chatellier

Following the union of two families who were pioneers of the appellation, the estate is now led by Arnaud Bouchié, representing the fourth generation. The company has traditionally focused on the exclusive production of Pouilly-Fumé and has a long-standing local presence, with awards and selections in guides and international competitions.

Production philosophy

Selective vineyard management and harvest timing determined by ripeness analysis; hand-sorting of the grapes. Vinification and bottling are carried out by gravity whenever possible. Traditional practices and modern techniques are combined to enhance the typicity of the terroirs.

Terroir and vineyards

Located on the ridge of the Butte de Saint-Andelain, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, the vineyards are planted on soils rich in flint that impart minerality and character to the wines.

Awards and recognitions

Numerous awards in competitions and guides: gold and silver medals at Concours Mondial, Mondial des Vins Blancs, IWSC/IWC, Decanter, and selections in Guide Hachette and Wine Enthusiast.
