Winery history Domaine de l'Accent

The project grew out of Konrad Pixner’s winemaking experience. Pixner, a winemaker originally from South Tyrol, settled in the Terrasses du Larzac to plant and work vineyards suited to the altitude. On the estate’s website they describe the establishment of the winery and the decision, from 2018, to develop production in a way that respects the land and limits cellar interventions.

Production philosophy

The approach focuses on organic farming, parcel-by-parcel work and winemaking with indigenous yeasts: interventions are kept to a minimum to let the terroir express itself. In the vineyard, natural grass cover, green manure and compost are favoured to preserve soil fertility.

Terroir and vineyards

Located in the Terrasses du Larzac, the estate farms vineyards on clay‑limestone terraces and on stony, high‑altitude soils, with exposures that promote freshness and minerality.

Awards and recognitions

Second place in the "Vignerons et Terroirs d'avenir" competition; presence/recognitions in the Bettane & Desseauve 2026 guide.
