Winery Fattoria del Piccione

La Fattoria del Piccione is housed in a historic complex in the hamlet of San Savino, on the hills of the Valconca in the province of Rimini. The Pasini family's winemaking activity is now recognized locally; several sources indicate that the modern estate was founded by Vitaliano Pasini at the end of the 20th century. The winery uses historic spaces connected to the borgo malatestiano for vinification and aging.

The estate adopts a respectful approach to the land: cultivating its own vineyards, transitioning to organic farming and applying biodynamic practices to some labels, with an emphasis on minimal intervention in the cellar to express the wines' sense of place.

Located in the heart of the Valconca, a short distance from the Adriatic coast, the winery benefits from the gentle slopes and sea breees typical of the Colli di Rimini / Romagna; the territory is a central element in the identity of its labels.
