Discover the story, territory and wines of Fattoria Pagano.

Organic winery based in Carinola (CE), founded in 2001; focused on promoting Falerno del Massico and producing white and red wines, including the Falerno del Massico white “Pectus”.

Winery history Fattoria Pagano

Founded in 2001 by Antonio Pagano to promote and valorize Falerno del Massico; the estate developed terraced vineyards in Casale di Carinola and expanded viticultural activities into parts of Irpinia.

Production philosophy

Organic viticulture and respect for nature: care for soil, microclimate and biodiversity; manual harvesting and practices aimed at obtaining intact grapes. Measured use of wood aging for some wines (e.g., Pectus).

Terroir and vineyards

Headquarters in Carinola (province of Caserta). Vineyards on the slopes of Monte Massico / the extinct Roccamonfina volcano (e.g., the Pectus vineyard at 320 m asl, west exposure, sandy soil with volcanic ash). Own vineyards are mainly in Carinola (two terraces) with parcels in Altavilla; the estate also manages vineyards in parts of Irpinia for Fiano and Greco.
