Winery Feudi del Pisciotto

The estate preserves a large, restored 18th-century winepress and complements this historic structure with a modern winery. The contemporary project was developed with technical input from Giacomo Tachis and under the enological direction of Alessandro Cellai; the property has been integrated into the group linked to Castellare.

Production tied to the territory and sustainability: wines that showcase the terroir of Val di Noto, following the winemaking principles of Giacomo Tachis, with attention to grape quality and respect for the environment.

Located in Contrada del Pisciotto, in the municipality of Niscemi, bordering the Riserva Naturale Sughereta di Niscemi and within the DOCG Cerasuolo di Vittoria area. The vineyards lie a short distance from the sea, with climatic influences tempered by sea breezes.

The winery's labels have received awards and been mentioned in international recognitions.
