Winery Jean & Sébastien Dauvissat

The Dauvissat family has owned the estate since 1899. The cellars are located beneath a 17th‑century building and were expanded in 1980. The official website states that the estate comprises historic parcels in Chablis and that the vineyards include very old vines used for dedicated cuvées.
