According to the technical sheet provided by Meregalli, the Lago di Venere project was created to showcase the Zibibbo grapes from Pantelleria. The same sheet notes the involvement of technicians and oenologists such as Lorenzo Peira, Filippo Di Giovanna, and Antonio D’Aietti in overseeing the project and the winemaking.

Production philosophy

To showcase the indigenous Zibibbo grape through traditional drying methods and controlled winemaking, with the aim of producing a structured, liqueur-style passito with balanced freshness.
