Winery Le Terrazze (Fattoria Le Terrazze)

The winery is a family business with documented historical roots: its current premises and wine production have been linked to the Terni family and to agricultural activity in the area since the late 19th century. Throughout the 20th century management passed through several generations, with progressive specialization of the vineyards and investments in new plantings and clonal selection to improve grape quality. Today the operation is managed by Antonio and Georgina Terni, with external technical and oenological consultancy.

Integrated production of wine and olive oil that respects the land: the company states its intention to work in harmony with its environment, enhancing the characteristics of Monte Conero and transferring them to its products.

The vineyards lie on the slopes of Monte Conero, within the area known as the Riviera del Conero: calcareous-clay and sandy-clay soils, a sea-facing exposure and the promontory’s microclimate lend character to the estate’s wines, particularly the Rosso Conero.

The winery highlights several recent awards for its wines, including a gold medal at the Concours International de Lyon for "Visions of J," as well as mentions and recognitions for wines such as Sassi Neri in national and international guides and competitions.
