Winery history Cantina Pompili (Lucio Pompili)

The winery was born as an evolution of chef Lucio Pompili’s culinary activity and gastronomic culture; he is known for the restaurant Symposium in Cartoceto. After years in the restaurant industry, Pompili also turned his focus to wine production and selection, transforming his experience into a winemaking project with a shop and wine shop linked to the Foraging format and the legacy of Symposium.

Production philosophy

Wines conceived as a narrative: mindful of time, care and territorial identity. The approach favors the expression of the Marche region and continuity with the chef’s gastronomic memory rather than commercial technicalities.

Terroir and vineyards

Cartoceto / Colli al Metauro, Marche. The winery and wine shop are located in the hills around Pesaro, and the labels are presented as expressions of the Marche region.
