Family-run, the estate is today managed by Benjamin Choppin, and the family has been established in Damery for several generations, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. The estate presents itself as a local producer focused on expressing the individual vineyards of the area.

Low-intervention practices in the winery and vineyard: use of indigenous yeasts, separate vinifications by parcel, frequent aging in wooden barrels, and spontaneous fermentations.
