Winery history Rocca di Fabbri

Tenuta Rocca di Fabbri was founded by Pietro Vitali. The estate restored a 15th-century rocca to house the winery and, a short distance away, built a modern winemaking facility connected to the rocca by a tunnel. The winery operates in the Montefalco area and focuses on the cultivation and winemaking of its estate-grown grapes.

Production philosophy

We vinify exclusively with estate-grown grapes, paying close attention to the quality of the fruit, and combine modern technologies with traditional practices to produce wines that express the Montefalco terroir.

Terroir and vineyards

Located in the Montefalco DOCG area, the estate sits on hills devoted to the area's historic viticulture; the landscape is characterised by vineyards and olive groves typical of the region.
