Winery history Vaudoisey Creusefond

Home to a winemaking family present for generations. Management was taken over by Alexandre Vaudoisey in 2011, later joined by his wife Laure.

Production philosophy

Vineyard work focused on biodiversity and low-impact practices. In the cellar we favor fermentations with indigenous yeasts, limited intervention and unfiltered vinification for some cuvées.

Terroir and vineyards

Vineyards located in Pommard, Volnay, Meursault and Auxey-Duresses, on the clay-limestone soils typical of the Côte de Beaune. Some parcels are identified as climats and premier crus of the area.
