Producer history Knut
The brand was born from the idea of two friends in Hamburg who began experimenting with gin in 2016 and finalised the recipe in 2017, the year of the first bottling at the Dollerup Distillery. In 2019 the founders opened their first distillery; since 2021 production has been moved to the large Hamburg Hamm facility, where the brand has been consolidating its international presence.

Artisanal production with a focus on territoriality: the project emphasises local ingredients and a recognisable image that tells the connection to Hamburg's maritime tradition. Regional botanicals and small-batch work are valued.
