Production method
The pomace from Ornellaia, collected after wine fermentation, is entrusted to an artisanal distillery in Tuscany; there the aromatic heart is extracted from the skins and distillation is carried out in small copper stills. The grappa is then aged in company-owned casks and blended with reserves from previous vintages before bottling.
