Production method
For the PM Spirits Project Tequila Blanco: Blue Weber agave grown on the estate (100% estate-grown), cooked in horno (brick oven), extraction using a molino a rulli (roller mill), double distillation in copper pot stills. Bottles are offered at two strengths (approximately 80 proof / 55% and a high-proof "still strength" version) and declare no use of additives.
